Laik managed a full refurbishment of our Bowness flat in 2022. Communication was excellent, costs transparent, and work completed to a very high standard. We can now use our amazing flat without restriction, and with the advantage of Laik’s service and managed rental income.

We’re delighted to have had so many bookings in our first month, with plenty more coming in and some return guests too. Laik have been a delight to work with, very clear and up front and we could not have asked for any more.
