💳 Damage Deposit: At Laik, we place a £200 deposit hold on your card as a safety measure, ensuring a carefree stay for both you and us. This isn’t a charge, just a temporary hold. Expect this to be set up either the day before you arrive or on your check-in date.

Once you’ve checked out and we’ve made sure everything’s as lovely as when you arrived, we’ll promptly release the hold, freeing up those funds for you. It’s all part of making your stay smooth and secure.

 

Please note: Next door to the main house are two 1-bedroom self-catering cottages, Elterwater and Wastwater. Each has its own entrance and dedicated parking space at the bottom of the driveway, and they operate completely independently. These cottages should not disturb guests at Beaumont in any way.

🚗 Car Recommended:  The property can be reached by taxi if arriving by train, however a car is more convenient in this location and for exploring the area.

🔥 Log Burner: An initial starter pack is provided; additional logs and kindling can be purchased at local stores.

⬆️ Stairs Required: The multi-level layout requires stair access.

🚫Strictly no parties or excessive noise, this is a peaceful location meant for relaxing stays.
