The Hot Tub is reached through the patio doors from the kitchen. From here, a number of steps takes you down to the outdoor area where there is seating on the patio and views of Lake Windermere and the fells beyond, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the sun throughout the day. To the front of the house there is parking for two cars off the road.
