Nearmere is a beautifully designed three-storey townhouse, thoughtfully set up for relaxed family stays in the heart of Bowness, with glimpses towards Lake Windermere and plenty of space to spread out after busy days exploring.

Ground Floor

Enter through the rear of the property via the garage and utility area, where you’ll find a washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal after muddy walks or lake adventures.

On this floor there is a cosy twin bedroom, perfect for children, alongside a modern shower room with WC and heated towel rail. A quiet reading nook in the hallway creates a lovely little escape for slower moments during your stay.

To the front of the property is a small patio area with outdoor seating. Please note there is a low wall bordering the road into Bowness, so children should be supervised here.

First Floor

The heart of the home is the light-filled open-plan living space, designed for sociable evenings and easy family living. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking at home, including oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine, while the dining table comfortably seats the whole group for relaxed meals together.

Comfortable sofas and a Smart TV make the lounge area perfect for unwinding after a day in the Lakes, while doors open onto a balcony with views towards Lake Windermere, an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Families are especially well catered for, with a small play area near the kitchen complete with toys and games to keep little ones entertained.

Second Floor

Upstairs are three thoughtfully styled bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys views towards the lake and features a king-size bed along with its own en-suite shower room.

There are also two further double bedrooms on this floor, one of which includes a permanent wooden cot (please note cot bedding is not provided). A spacious family bathroom completes the floor, featuring both a bath and separate walk-in shower.
