Nestled in the charming village of Staveley, this beautifully renovated Victorian terrace house offers the perfect getaway for those seeking a blend of tranquility and adventure in the Lake District. The Space

This home features three inviting bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious super king bed, while the second bedroom offers a cosy double bed. The third bedroom is perfect for children or friends, with a day bed which turns into a double bed (2 single duvets are provided). Enjoy two well-appointed bathrooms – one with a delightful roll-top bath for those long, relaxing soaks, and another with a modern shower.

The living area is a haven of relaxation with a comfy sofa, smart TV, and a log burner for those chilly evenings. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a Falcon range oven and Bosch dishwasher, is ideal for whipping up hearty meals after a day of exploring. A welcoming dining area awaits your culinary creations.

Guests will have access to the entire property:

Entrance:

  • Guests enter through the front garden into a spacious hallway.

Ground Floor:

  • Living Room: Cosy living area with a log burner.
  • Second Sitting Room/Dining Room: Comfortable space for dining and relaxation.
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped with a range cooker (please note the Esse cooker is purely decorative).
  • Laundry Room: Includes a washer and dryer.
  • Downstairs WC and Shower: Convenient facilities located on the ground floor.
  • Access to Back Garden: From the kitchen, access the back garden via the back yard and a short walk through a back alley.

First Floor:

  • Bathroom: Features a luxurious roll-top bath and toilet.
  • Master Bedroom: Spacious room with a super king bed.
  • Second Bedroom: Includes an extendable day bed set up as a double with two single duvets, perfect for kids or friends sharing.

Top Floor:

  • Attic Bedroom: Accessible via narrow stairs, this very spacious double bedroom offers fabulous views and a desk with an office chair, ideal for those wanting to work from home without disturbance.

💳 Damage Deposit: At Laik, we place a £200 deposit hold on your card as a safety measure, ensuring a carefree stay for both you and us. This isn’t a charge, just a temporary hold. Expect this to be set up either the day before you arrive or on your check-in date.

Once you’ve checked out and we’ve made sure everything’s as lovely as when you arrived, we’ll promptly release the hold, freeing up those funds for you. It’s all part of making your stay smooth and secure.
