A second snug provides extra space to unwind, ideal for movie nights or for kids to have their own corner.
The ground floor also includes a double bedroom, and a shower room with basin and WC, ideal for elderly relatives or those with mobility issues. There is a handy boot room/laundry to the rear of the cottage leading out to the back garden.
Upstairs, you’ll find a king-size bedroom with generous storage and fell views, and two double bedrooms with a lovely outlook. Two additional shower rooms, both with basins, WCs, and heated towel rails, mean there’s plenty of space for everyone.
Outside
After a day exploring the fells or wandering the cobbled lanes of Hawkshead, relax in the private hot tub or enjoy dinner outdoors in the fresh air. There’s also safe storage for bikes and private parking for two cars on the driveway, with two further two spaces to the rear.
