Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open to registered users of Facebook and Instagram aged 18 or
over, who are residents in the UK. The competition opens at 12:00pm (GMT) on
Friday 31st May 2024 and closes at 11:00pm (GMT) on Sunday 9th June 2024. Any
applications received before or after these times will not be considered.

3. No employees, their families or agencies of Laik Ltd or Prestige Gifting Limited are
eligible to apply.
4. No purchase is necessary to apply. Laik Ltd and Prestige Gifting Limited has the right to
withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
5. By entering the competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound
by these terms and conditions.
6. Entry requirements for the competition are set out in the entry instructions, as
outlined in the relevant posts on Laik Ltd and Prestige Gifting Limited Facebook and
Instagram pages. Only by following these instructions are entrants included in the
competition draw.

8. Entrants using multiple Facebook or Instagram accounts will be disqualified and
entries must comply with the terms and conditions of Facebook and Instagram.
Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted.
9. Use of an automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in
disqualification.
10. One winner will be chosen at random from all of the correct entries after the
competition closes and will be contacted on 10 th June 2024 via a reply to their
winning comment and via direct message in order to arrange their prize which is as

The prize has to be taken within the next 6 months and once the cottage.
Booking is made it is not moveable.
11. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winning
entries.
12. The winner will be notified within 1 day of the competition’s closing date. All
reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a
winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the closing date, Laik Ltd and Prestige
Gifting Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the entries
which have been received before the closing date.

14. The winner must provide their name, address, email addresses and telephone
number to Laik Ltd and Prestige Gifting Limited to organise their prize, along with any
required information pertaining to the booking.
15. The winners consent to Laik Ltd and Prestige Gifting Limited announcing their name
publicly on their Facebook and Instagram pages as a prize winner, making copies of
or publishing the whole or any part of the entry and otherwise exploiting the entry
and any rights in relation to the entry for any purpose and without compensation. If
you do not agree to this, please do not enter the competition.
16. Laik Ltd and Prestige Gifting Limited reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives
of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Laik Ltd and Prestige
Gifting Limited, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
17. The winner may not exchange the prize for cash or other cash alternative.
18. Laik Ltd and Prestige Gifting Limited reserves the right to cancel this competition and
entry process at any stage, or amend these terms and conditions at any time,
without notice or compensation, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if
circumstances arise outside of its control.
19. Should the competition be cancelled, Laik Ltd and Prestige Gifting Limited is not liable
for any loss of money or expense incurred by entrants or the winner.
20. By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Laik
Ltd and Prestige Gifting Limited and not to Facebook or Instagram. This competition is
not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or
Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be

21. The information entrants provide will be used by Laik Ltd and Prestige Gifting Limited

22. The position and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any
