The accommodation is spread over five floors, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Ground Floor:

Enter through a generously large hallway.

  • Dining room: Overlooking the main road and park, perfect for meals together and cocktails.
  • Living room: Large L-shaped sofa, TV, and log burner for cosy evenings.
  • Kitchen: All fully stocked. Ideal for cooking together or hiring a private chef.
  • Utility room: Stores large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. Includes a shower and WC for cleaning up after outdoor adventures.

First Floor: (Currently locked for owner’s storage)

Second Floor:

  • Two beautifully appointed king-size bedrooms. Each bedroom equipped with its own TV and bathroom: One bathroom with a shower and freestanding bath. The other with a double sink and shower.

Top Floor:

  • King-size bedroom with TV, stunning views, and en suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have tonnes of storage space.

The layout offers plenty of space and comfort for guests to enjoy their stay in the heart of Ambleside.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the ground floor, second floor and the third floor. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a utility room. The first floor and certain rooms are currently inaccessible as they are used for owner storage.

💳 Damage Deposit: At Laik, we place a £200 deposit hold on your card as a safety measure, ensuring a carefree stay for both you and us. This isn’t a charge, just a temporary hold. Expect this to be set up either the day before you arrive or on your check-in date.

Once you’ve checked out and we’ve made sure everything’s as lovely as when you arrived, we’ll promptly release the hold, freeing up those funds for you. It’s all part of making your stay smooth and secure.
