We can help you in two ways:
- By running and marketing the property as efficiently as possible. We offer more flexible booking terms and higher levels of customer service to our guests. Our guests have told us time and again that this is what they want, and they’re happy to pay for it.
- By making your property truly stand out in its design, and increasing its appeal to a specific target audience who are willing to pay more for a stylish, high-quality stay in The Lakes.
We take care of your listings, bookings, cleaning, and linens, check in and check out procedures, and all guest interaction and support. We’ll also check your property regularly, and we’ll let you know if anything needs fixing and arrange for our maintenance team to visit whenever needed.
You simply need to make sure your property is ready to be let, furnished to the correct standard, and well-equipped so guests can have a great stay. We can guide and help you with all of this, and we’ll supply a detailed checklist, offer guidance on holiday let compliance and regulations, and help you prepare for your first bookings. Just leave the rest to us.
We like to keep things simple, and we think our pricing should be simple too.
