The Old Fire Station enchants with its town views and inviting layout. Through a shared hallway with an office downstairs, a second door leads you to a completely private space on the first floor. Right off the bat, a WC on your right-hand side offers convenience. Venture further to discover an open-plan living room/kitchen/diner, where a smart TV awaits your favorite channels, and a log burner promises cosy evenings. The kitchen area is fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs.

Adjacent to the living area, step into your bedroom sanctuary, complete with a small sink and an open walk-in shower, ensuring your comfort and relaxation. The blend of modern amenities with distinctive touches, like feather lampshades and a vintage fireplace, adds to the apartment’s unique ambiance. A quirky old safe turned bedside table adds a touch of mystery and history to your stay.

💳 Damage Deposit: At Laik, we place a £200 deposit hold on your card as a safety measure, ensuring a carefree stay for both you and us. This isn’t a charge, just a temporary hold. Expect this to be set up either the day before you arrive or on your check-in date.

Once you’ve checked out and we’ve made sure everything’s as lovely as when you arrived, we’ll promptly release the hold, freeing up those funds for you. It’s all part of making your stay smooth and secure.

4. Parking Permit: The owner provides a parking permit for a nearby car park to ease any parking worries. It’s essential, though, to kindly ensure it’s returned at the end of your stay for the benefit of future guests.
